Kelly's Gourmet Mushrooms

The Kelly Family is dedicated to providing gourmet mushrooms, growing supplies, and education for foodies, chefs, and home growers in Eastern Ontario and beyond.

Our indoor growing operation in Kingston boasts a state-of-the-art lab, incubation rooms, a fruiting room, a separate area for sterilizing and mixing substrate, and a walk-in cooler. We currently work with more than15 varieties of mushroom mycelium. In January 2020, we relocated from Wolfe Island to Kingston, where we intend to expand our current offerings of fresh mushrooms, mushroom grow kits, grain spawn, and other supplies and products.
